Support Worker/ Care Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker/ Carer role to join our team. The role will include supporting individuals with everyday life to ensure that the individuals we are fortunate enough to support, have a fulfilling and happy life. The Individuals who we support may have a learning disability, mental health issues, neurological, challenging/complex behaviour or dementia. 

We  provide specialist care and support to individuals who some may deem as challenging, as such it would be preferred that candidates have achieved an NVQ level 2 in Health & Social care or equivalent, although not essential as full training will be provided and the opportunity to sign up to NVQ or equivalent.

We are looking for somebody who is willing to come on board and truly reflect our company ethos in "making a difference everyday" to those we are fortunate to support here at Helme Hall Ltd.
